Win a Little Something Extra This Week!
If you make an in-store purchase on Wed. Oct. 2 or Fri. Oct. 4, you’ll be entered to win one of the goodies in the picture above! If you purchase one of our New York books in-store (which are 50% right now, including all other U.S. History and Travel books), you’ll be entered TWICE in the drawing. At the end of each giveaway day, a name will be drawn and the winner will be contacted to pick up their prize when convenient for them.
Each of the items above were brought back from New York by our marketing gal, Gina. She thought our OTCB friends would find each of the items interesting. The Great Gatsby record from the original 1974 film with Mia Farrow and Robert Redford was discovered in an antique shop in East Patchogue, Long Island, and the Jack Kerouac book comes from a small book and oddities shop in the Lower East Side of Manhattan. The book was published by Kerouac when he was alive, is wrapped in newspaper from 1927, and comes with an odd polaroid that was inside the book when the shopkeeper got ahold of it. Good luck!
